 <li>In addition to the measured dimensions of the product, an extra 2 inches of installation space must be reserved on the left, right, and top of the product.</li>

 <li>Pay attention to the changes in external and internal measurements and the reserved installation space after modifying the dimensions.</li>
 <li>It is not recommended to alter the depth of tall cabinets (minimum recommended depth is 400mm) to avoid the risk of collapse.</li>
 <li>After modifying the dimensions, there may be an increase/decrease in panels to match the product's structure/use.</li>
 <li>Drawings will be made in millimeters (mm), and if decimals occur during conversion, the dimension will be based on the size after removing the decimal.</li>

 <li>The Tailored Size Feature (TSF) is only applicable for dimension changes on existing products.</li>
 <li>The entire product will be proportionally lengthened/shortened.</li>
 <li>The delivery time for this service (including delivery) is approximately 30 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).</li>
 <li>The size range for modifications is +/-6 inches. After modification, there may be a margin of +/-0.5 inches inaccuracy.</li>
 <li>If there are skirting boards inside the house, they must be accounted for. Even after modifying the dimensions, installation space must still be reserved. For more details, please refer to the product description.</li>
 <li>Customers must request modifications at the time of ordering, as requests made later will not be processed.</li>
 <li>The return/exchange guarantee does not apply to furniture modified using the Tailored Size Feature.</li>
